Aya started her career in the insurance industry after completing bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics. Prior to joining Partridge Advisory, Aya spent 4 years in the Life and Health Insurance sector where she started in risk and compliance roles and moved into broking. Aya is very client-focused and diligent prioritizing a high-quality service to deliver successful outcomes. Aya brings her enthusiasm and passion into every client meeting and she is a great listener, which is critical for the technical and complex clients she advises.

Outside of work, Aya is a hardcore gamer, an avid bookworm, and a dedicated lifter.
